1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in its original packaging
  • All tags and labels are still attached
  • Item is not damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Item is not a final sale or clearance item

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@elitepackdirect.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Pack the item securely with all original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to our return center

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. For exchanges to a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the difference. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as initiating a return and indicate that you would like an exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Personal care items that have been opened
  • Custom or personalized items

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
